Noël Vermeersch started out in 1988 with a ladder, a van and a list of neighbours in Ardooie. His son Bart joined him on the roof in 2006; his daughter Lien took over the office, the planning and the quotes in 2012. Noël is officially retired and still turns up on Fridays to check the zinc work.
We are a crew of seven. Nobody is subcontracted, so the people who price your roof are the people who build it.
How we work
- We come and look before we quote. No prices from a photo for anything bigger than a repair.
- The quote is a fixed price. If we find rotten timber under the tiles, you see it and approve the extra before we touch it.
- Scaffolding, a skip and a tarp at the end of every working day are included.
- We sweep up, run a magnet over the garden for nails and hand over a photo report.
Paperwork
